Real Websites sits in the transition between the directory-assistance operation and the much broader digital-services work that followed. Businesses that came through 0199 increasingly needed more than a phone number or directory listing. They needed an actual digital presence.
That pulled the work into websites, email, hosting, domains, SEO and PPC, and eventually into the infrastructure and automation work I do now.
