A company, not the whole identity
The name can create the wrong assumption about what the business does in New Zealand. The operating work is increasingly better represented by GRID EATER: technology, infrastructure, data and practical support for businesses.
The commercial model
New Zealand businesses still need to be found. They still need domains, professional email, reliable hosting, websites and customers. What has changed is how efficiently those services can now be built and maintained.
I am using AI to reduce development overhead while keeping the parts customers actually need human: judgement, accountability, sales, problem solving and someone reachable when things go wrong.
Where it is heading
The longer-term direction is recurring digital infrastructure combined with business discovery and data, supported by automation rather than buried under it.
