Human contact still matters
David is strongly interested in AI and automation but does not believe every customer interaction should be automated. Many small-business owners simply want a capable person they can call when something is confusing or broken.
The longer-term aim is to rebuild New Zealand-based telephone sales and support capacity as revenue permits, using automation to remove repetitive work while people focus on relationships, problem solving and sales.
